Lenny Moore is the Publisher & Founder Of Black Gold Magazine and Club Black Gold Gentlemen’s Club in Miami, Florida. One of the most popular urban adult hip hop publication from its inception in 1996 until 2003. Many considered Black Gold Magazine to be the Hip Hop version of Playboy Magazine and Lenny Moore to be the Black Hugh Hefner. Due to the success of Black Gold Magazine in its first year of publication, Lenny Moore was encouraged to open an adult club in order to feature the beautiful exotic women that graced its pages. In 1997 adhering to the wishes of his fans Lenny open Club Black Gold Gentlemen’s Club located at 7770 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, Florida. Club Black Gold was at that time the largest adult club in the Southeast United Staes. The facility was over 30,000 square feet and 3 levels of state-of-the-art grandeur. It featured a dancer roster of over 300 of the hottest entertainers from all over the world. Many of these entertainers were featured in the monthly publications of Black Gold Magazine. Club Black Gold was the first Gentlemen’s Club to allow live performances by hip hop artists and album release parties. Some of the named artists that launched their careers on Club Black Gold’s Stage include the likes of Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Nelly, DJ Kahled, Bones Thugs & Harmony, Lil Turk, Bun B & UGK, 8 Ball & MJG, Ludacris, Sisqo, Juvenile, Fat Joe, Busta Rhymes, Black Rob, T.I. Trick Daddy, Trina, Lil Boosie, Pastor Troy and many others. Club Black a Gold was the club that inspired Fat Joe & Lil Wayne to record the popular song “Make It Rain”. Over 30 music videos were shot on location at Club Black Gold over the years and the Black Gold Dancers were requested and used so frequently in videos it prompted Lenny Moore to open Black Gold Talent Agency in order to keep up with the demand for the girls. Black Gold Dancers were used is dozens of top videos like Sisqo’s The Thong Song, Jay-Z’s Big Pimping, Ludacris & DTP, numerous Cash Money videos, several Uncle Luke videos and several feature films like Let It Ride & Any Given Sunday and several television series filmed in Miami.
